What we collect
Information you give us
- When you request a free channel scan: your brand name or a link to one of your products, your email address, and optionally a revenue range.
- When you book a call or contact us: your name, email, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business.
- If you become a client: the business and account information needed to do the work.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and time on page. We use this to understand what is working on the site, not to identify you personally.
Client account information
If you engage us, our work requires access to your marketplace seller accounts and business data, including sales, costs, inventory and advertising information. We access that data through permissions you grant in your own accounts. We do not ask for or store your account passwords. We use that information solely to perform the services you have engaged us for.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site function and for analytics. If we run advertising, advertising platforms may set cookies to measure whether an ad led to a visit. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect how parts of the site work.
How we use information

Where the work is done
Our team includes specialists located outside the United States, primarily in the Philippines. Members of that team may access client account and business information in the course of doing the work you have engaged us for. Everyone with access is under written agreement covering confidentiality and the handling of your information.

How long we keep it
We keep scan requests and inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward. Client information is kept for the length of the engagement and afterward as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete information sooner and we will, except where we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email Email the team. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, including limiting access to people who need it, using access permissions rather than shared credentials, and requiring confidentiality agreements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
