How we get paid
Amazon agency pricing: we grow when you do
No setup fee. No monthly retainer. No cut of your ad spend. We’re paid a share of the revenue on the channels we manage, the same rate for every client.
That makes us a partner, not a vendor. When your channel grows, we grow. When it doesn’t, we feel it too. Shoulder to shoulder, from the first month.

Why we only do revenue share
Most agencies get paid whether your channel grows or not. A retainer pays them the same in a bad month as a good one. A percentage of ad spend pays them more when you spend more, even when the right answer is to spend less.
We didn’t want either of those incentives. With a revenue share and nothing else:
- We carry the risk with you. If revenue doesn’t grow, neither does our pay.
- We can tell you to cut ad spend. It costs us nothing, so we’ll say it when it’s right.
- We protect your price. Discounting to chase volume doesn’t help either of us, which is why pricing enforcement comes before advertising.
- We think long term. A channel that holds up for years pays us for years. Shortcuts that spike one quarter don’t.

What the revenue share covers
All eight jobs, every month. Nothing is sold separately.
- Find out who’s selling you
- Set your price and hold it: pricing policy, dealer agreements, enforcement
- Rebuild your listings and defend them
- Run advertising toward profit, not sales volume
- Get your busy season right: season and inventory planning
- Take it omnichannel: Walmart, TikTok Shop and Shopify when you’re ready
- Report in dollars: one page a month, in your numbers, tied to your real costs
- Get it ready to sell: everything documented as we go
A named pod works your account month after month, with Troy Marchand and David Ledbetter on it with you.
The rest of the terms
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Ownership | You own everything: accounts, listings, photography, documentation. Nothing to move or buy back if we part ways. |
| Access | Through your own accounts, scoped to what the work needs. We never need your login credentials. |
| Reporting | Profit per product, tied to your real costs. Built so your controller can reconcile it. |
| Contract | No exit fee. |
Who it’s built for
A revenue share only works when there’s a real channel to build on. We’re the right fit for brand owners with at least three years in business, an established product line, healthy margins, and something to protect.
We’re the wrong call if you’re under $500K in revenue or below 30 percent gross margin, resell other brands, have a single product, want a guaranteed rank or revenue number, or need results inside 30 days.
Frequently asked questions
What percentage do you charge?
The same rate for every client. We’ll walk through it on the first call, alongside what your free scan found.
Do you take a share of sales we were already making?
Yes. We run the whole channel from day one, not just the growth on top, and there’s no fee of any other kind. We think that’s the fairest trade.
Do you charge on ad spend?
Never. Your ad budget is yours, and we don’t make more when it goes up.
What if our revenue drops?
Our pay drops with it. That’s the point of a revenue share.
Can we see how you’d help before committing?
Yes. Start with the free channel scan. It’s a written summary from a person, back in about two business days, and nobody will chase you.
Let’s see if we’re a fit
Twenty minutes. We’ll look at your channel, your margin and your season, and tell you honestly whether this is worth doing.
