Amazon & omnichannel agency for established brands
For brands that own what they sell
Your product is excellent. Your listing isn't.
You built a real product and a real business, through distributors, dealers, retail and word of mouth. Then Amazon showed up and landed on whoever had time that week, and the listing hasn't had the same care since. We take it off their desk and run it properly: your pricing, your listings, your ad money, and the strangers selling your product without permission.
- No setup fee. No retainer.
- No contracts after the first 90 days
- Everything we build stays in your name
- We tell people when they don't need us
Is this you?
Three reasons owners pick up the phone.
Almost everyone who calls us says one of these three things in the first five minutes.
"We built this brand the hard way, and now there are five people selling it on Amazon. None of them are us."
You never authorized them, you can't figure out where they're getting product, and your real dealers are furious. We find them, cut off the supply, and hold your price.
Start with the free scan"We doubled two years running and then flatlined. Ad spend keeps climbing and revenue doesn't."
You've hit a ceiling you can't get through with the setup you have. We fix what the ads are covering for, then get the spend back down.
See where the money's going"I want to sell in a few years. I have no idea what this is worth or what a buyer will pick apart."
A messy marketplace channel is something buyers discount, or hold back in an earnout. We clean it up and document it while there's still time.
Talk about your timelineWhat we do
Eight jobs. We do all of them, every month.
Nobody needs another dashboard. Here's everything we take off your plate, in plain English. Each links to its own page.
One
Find out who's selling you
Every account on your products, matched to the real company behind it.
Unauthorized sellersTwo
Set your price and hold it
A pricing policy that holds up, dealer agreements with teeth, and the follow-through that gets violators off your listing.
MAP enforcementThree
Make the page look like your brand
We rebuild the photos, copy and layout, then defend them when someone edits your listing.
ListingsFour
Stop wasting ad money
Most brands are paying for sales they'd have gotten anyway. We separate the two, then spend only where it adds profit.
AdvertisingFive
Get your busy season right
If you make most of your year in a few weeks, running out or overbuying costs more than anything else.

Take it omnichannel
Walmart, TikTok Shop and your own Shopify store, run the same way we run Amazon, once Amazon is stable enough to copy.

Report in dollars, not dashboards
One page a month, in your numbers, tied to your real costs. Your controller can reconcile it. You can read it in four minutes.

Get it ready to sell
Everything documented as we go. When a buyer's people start asking questions, you hand them a file instead of telling a story.
Exit readinessBefore you commit to anything
Here's what the free scan actually sends back.
Not a brochure and not a login. A short written summary from a person here, with the specifics about your brand. This is a real example, with the client's details changed.

You'll know inside a week whether this is worth fixing.
Plenty of owners read the scan, realize it's a distributor conversation rather than an agency problem, and handle it themselves. That's a fine outcome and it costs you nothing to find out.
If it is worth fixing, you'll already know roughly what it's costing you every month — which makes the next conversation a short one.

The people who'd rather grow than gamble.
They brought a level of expertise on the Amazon platform that we did not have on our team or on our own, and they really were able to come along and help us understand how Amazon works.

I wish I could trust everyone as much as I can trust your team. It’s been a joy to work with you for the past 6 months. We’ve seen our advertising become way more efficient and more profitable while our sales have increased over 25%. I wish I would have known about your team sooner!

How we get paid
We don't get paid unless you do.
No setup fee. No monthly retainer. No cut of your ad spend. We're paid a share of the revenue on the channels we manage, the same rate for every client.
That makes us a partner, not a vendor. When your channel grows, we grow. When it doesn't, we feel it too. So we have every reason to hold your price, cut wasted ad spend and build something that lasts, and no reason to sell you anything that doesn't move revenue.
Shoulder to shoulder, from the first month.
Depends who's asking
Three people have to be comfortable with this.
Usually the same three. Here's the short answer for each, so you can forward this page instead of relaying it.
If you own the business
"I don't need a report. I need to know if this is making us money."
- You'll see it in margin. Price recovered and ad waste removed land in the same place.
- Your brand stops embarrassing you in the one place most customers now see it first.
- We only get paid when the channel does. No retainer to justify.
- You can call us. Not a ticket queue: a named pod on your account, and our two names on it.
If you run the marketplace
"Nobody here really owns Amazon. It's whoever has time that week."
- You get your week back without losing the part of the job you like.
- You're not being replaced. You're the one who finally has answers in the meeting.
- You'll learn what we're doing and why. We explain; we don't gatekeep.
- The monthly page is written for your owner, so you stop translating.
If you sign the checks
"What exactly are we paying for, and what do we keep if we walk away?"
- No setup fee and no retainer. A share of the revenue we manage, and nothing else.
- Never a percentage of ad spend, so we don't earn more when you spend more.
- Reporting ties to your COGS, so you can reconcile it against the books.
- You keep everything. Accounts, listings, creative, documentation, all in your name.
Constant
The two of us
David leads the first call and the strategy. Troy is in the work behind it. Neither of us hands you off once you sign.
Assigned
Your pod
The same small group on your account month after month — listings, advertising, creative, and case work. Most of them have been with us four years or more, and we have never replaced a pod, only added to one.
Why it matters
Nobody relearns your catalog
Whoever is watching your listings in month nine is the one who mapped them in month one — and in year four, still the same person. That's most of the difference between an agency that compounds and one that resets.
Ask us who'd be on your pod. We'll give you names and working hours on the first call, before you sign anything. Most of our specialist team is based in the Philippines and has been with us four years or more. That's part of how we can work with no retainer and get paid only when you grow.
The first ninety days
You're buying a sequence, not a retainer.
The first ninety days are a sequence, not a retainer. That's how long the work takes to show up in your numbers. Here's the order we do it in, and what lands in your hands at the end of each stretch.
WEEKS 1–2
Access and baseline
We find out what's actually true
Access granted through your own accounts, never ours. Every seller on your products identified and matched to the real company behind it. Your true landed costs loaded so the reporting reconciles against your books instead of against a dashboard.
You get
A baseline your controller can tie out, and the full seller map — usually the first time anyone has shown you who they are.
WEEKS 3–6
Price control and listings
We stop the bleeding before we spend a dollar
A pricing policy written to hold up, dealer agreements with real teeth, and enforcement that starts moving violators off your listing. In parallel, your product pages get rebuilt to look like the brand you actually are.
You get
Enforcement underway with names and dates, and rebuilt pages live. This is where most owners first feel the difference.
WEEKS 7–10
The ad money
We separate the sales you're buying from the ones you already had
Branded search gets pulled apart from incremental demand so you can see what your spend is really producing. Budget moves to what adds profit. We don't touch this until the listings and pricing underneath it are stable — spending into a broken page is how agencies show motion without results.
You get
Spend reallocated with the waste named in dollars, not percentages.
WEEKS 11–13
Reporting and the next move
We show you the whole quarter in one page
The first full reporting cycle, in your numbers, tied to your real costs. Your season is mapped against inventory. And we make an honest call together on whether Walmart, TikTok Shop, or your own Shopify store is worth opening next — or whether Amazon still needs the attention.
You get
A one-page report you can read in four minutes, a season plan, and a go or no-go on expansion.
Day ninety-one, you're month to month. No auto-renewing term, no exit fee, and everything built along the way is already in your name. And this sequence bends when it has to — if your season lands in week four, we do the season first and push the rest back. We'd rather move the plan than hit a milestone that doesn't help you.
Honest fit
We're wrong for most companies. On purpose.
We'd rather tell you on the first call than take on an account we can't grow. A revenue share only works when there's a real business to build on.

Gross margin
We're probably a fit if
- You own the brand: real products, real supply chain, not reselling somebody else's
- You've been at it three years or more and have an established product line
- You have something to protect: a reputation, a license, a certification, a loyal customer base
- You sell through more than one channel, and they've started arguing with each other
- Somebody at the top has already said it: "we're leaving money on the table here"
We're the wrong call if
- You resell other people's brands rather than owning your own
- You're under $500K in revenue, or below 30% gross margin
- You have one product and no catalog to build on
- You want somebody to guarantee a rank or a revenue number
- You want a vendor who takes orders rather than a partner with opinions
- You need the numbers to move inside thirty days
Answers
The questions we get asked most.
Not by reporting them, unfortunately — Amazon won't enforce your pricing for you, because selling your genuine product cheaply isn't against their rules. It comes off the contract side instead: a proper pricing policy, dealer agreements, figuring out which real company is behind each storefront, and then cutting off whoever is supplying them. That last part is usually where it actually gets solved.
Almost always from someone you sold to. Usually it's a distributor quietly reselling out the back, a retail account dumping overstock, a dealer you terminated clearing what's left, or somebody buying up your own promotional pricing and flipping it. Buying a few units and tracing the lot codes normally narrows it to a specific source within a few weeks.
A unilateral minimum advertised price policy is well-established practice in the US, and choosing to stop selling to a dealer who ignores it is generally permitted. Brands get into trouble when they start negotiating prices with resellers or coordinating between them. We write the policy to stay on the right side of that line and work alongside your attorney — we're operators, not lawyers, and we'll say so every time it matters.
The free scan comes back in about two business days. Listings usually improve within the first month. First sellers typically come off around week six. Real price recovery generally shows up in months three to six, because the accounts already holding your product have to sell through it first. If you need something by a specific date — a diligence deadline, a peak season — tell us on the call and we'll be straight about whether it's possible.
No setup fee and no monthly retainer. We're paid a share of the revenue on the channels we manage, the same rate for every client, and never a percentage of your ad spend. We only do well when your channel does. We'll walk through the details on the first call, or read how we get paid.
Not to start. The free scan runs on public information. Once we're working together, we ask for limited user access so listing fixes don't sit waiting on your team, scoped to only what the work needs. We never need your actual account credentials.
It's the opposite. What upsets a retail buyer is opening the app in a review meeting and finding your product well under their shelf price. Holding a consistent price online is the single thing that makes your marketplace business defensible to your biggest retail partners rather than a threat to them.
A named pod, not a shared queue. Every account gets the same small group, and most of our specialists have been with us four years or more. The person handling your listings in month nine is the one who learned your catalog in month one. Troy Marchand and David Ledbetter stay on the account: David leads the first call and the strategy, and you can reach either of us directly. Most of our specialist team is based in the Philippines. We'd rather you hear that from us now than notice it in month three. Ask us on the call who'd be on your pod and what hours they cover.
Fair question, and the most common one we get. Three practical differences. We don't charge a retainer, so we don't get paid for showing up; we get paid when your channel grows. We never take a cut of ad spend, so we don't benefit from spending more of your money. And the reporting ties to your real costs, so you can check our work. We'll also give you references you can call directly.
Two ways. Directly, recovered price and less wasted ad spend both land in margin, and margin is what gets multiplied. Indirectly, an uncontrolled channel is something a buyer's team finds and discounts for — or holds back in an earnout. Having two years of documented pricing and enforcement history takes that argument off the table before it starts.
Who you'd be handing this to
I built a business that couldn't stand without me. That's why yours stays in your name.
Twenty years operating companies — running a fund, sitting on five private company boards, and building my own brand that cleared seven figures in year one and then taught me the difference between revenue and a real business. I own e-commerce brands today, so I pay the same platform fees and read the same 6 a.m. suppressed-listing emails you do.
